Diplomat Elementary is located in the West Zone of the School District of Lee County. Our student body is comprised of a diverse population of approximately 1,000 students in grades K-5. Through School Choice, parents may choose any school within a geographic zone. Students are no longer assigned a school according to their street address.

For the eighth consecutive year, Diplomat Elementary School has received a Grade of  "A" from the State of Florida Department of Education.  We have also met 100% of our required standards of growth to show federally-recognized Annual Yearly Progress. 

Our staff has high expectations for all students. Each child is nurtured, valued, and supported to achieve his or her potential. Diplomat provides students with a challenging curriculum that educates students for living and for making a living. The school is committed to creating a safe and orderly climate for learning and a strong home school partnership.
